Great service overall, in regards to communication as well as packaging etc. only let down by their parcel courier 'Yodel' I would highly recommend that it is changed to an alternative as their communication was absolutely shocking, they failed to deliver any item, over the 3 times they failed to deliver and not once was a note left, as well as this at least on one occasion a representative from 'Yodel' told me they went to the wrong address, they lost my parcel, only to come back and tell me they have it again, thankfully e-buyer were at hand to assist me in this situation and resolve the issue.
