I'm always very glad when buying from Ebuyer to know that if I have a problem there will not be hassle over returns - it is a miserable experience to have a piece of kit arrive malfunctioning and then having to repack and fork out to return it via the Post Office, at your own expense, and then wait for a refund or replacement.

Ebuyer were very happy to replace a batch of paper that turned up with the packaging damaged, the paper still seems to be usable luckily. My enote was really just to inform them that the box which had already been reviewed on their website as flimsy, had torn. I normally don't get damaged kit from Ebuyer, but the paper had obviously been treated differently. Thank you Ebuyer for your excellent customer service.
