I recently bought this product from ebuyer to update my other adaptor that didn't work with my new Windows 7 OS. The item was stated as being 300 mbps which was what I wanted, but upon arrival and seeing the packaging it soon became clear this was only 150mbps. After a couple of enotes back to ebuyer they responded in a very positive and helpful manner by admitting the description wasn't correct and offering me the prospect of either returning the item for a refund or keeping the item with a refund. During this time I had been using the adaptor and found it worked fine. I took up their kind offer of keeping it with the refund. I can honestly say I would have no hesitation recommending ebuyer who seem to try and ensure their customers are happy with their orders. Hats off to them!
