Talked to their "customer service" Wow are they poor!no service at all, they have a policy, or no policy, depending on what they can remember to say from the script, of not paying any compensation. That means they can make any claim regarding delivery and ignore it. Now wait here for the 'Fantastic' ebuyer review.
