after ordering a new monitor I received an email to say it was out of stock would I like to order a different one . I rang customer service who moved heaven and earth to get my item to me. by upgrading me to a free next day delivery . ok yes would have been nice if the first order had gone though with no issues but they put it right. and updated me with emails . that's what a good company does . because every one drops a boobs every once in a while . but its how you put it right that matters . well done that man
