I ordered a spare battery for the excellent Police trike I ordered ten minutes earlier, but for some reason it added a shipping charge to my pay pal account for the battery.
Within a few minutes of calling to query this a refund for the shipping was back in my pay pal account, along with an apology from customer services.............If only all problems could be sorted this quickly.
