I ordered an Asus EEE Pad Transformer Prime through eBuyer, I had done the usual shopping around online to make sure I got the best price and although eBuyer wern't the cheapest they were offering next day delivery (some sites were stating a four week wait!) so that combined with the reasonably good reviews prompted my decision.
I paid £10 extra for the next day delivery (ordered yesterday, they promised it today) and the order went through before the 'cut off time'. Imagine my surprise when this morning I receive an email stating that the payment has only just been taken and so delivery will now be delayed - due to the bank holiday weekend - until Tuesday.
I phoned eBuyer up straight away, assuming I would be able to get a refund on my next day delivery. Not so.
APPARENTLY IT IS NEXT DAY DELIVERY FROM THE TIME THE PAYMENT IS TAKEN, NOT FROM THE TIME YOU ACTUALLY MAKE THE PAYMENT??!!
I am very disappointed, and to top it all off the lady I spoke to was very patronising (kept repeating it wasnt eBuyers fault and implying it was mine!!!) and couldnt have appeared any less interested in my problem judging by her tone.
I will not be buying from eBuyer again
AVOID!!!!

I sincerely apologise for the problems you have had with this order and for the service you have received from our Customer Support Team, this will be passed along as a training issue.
Unfortunately the order is not finalised until we have received payment for the item, if there is any delay with the payment then this will also delay the order.
I am unable to see your order details from this review however I hope you have now received your item or a refund for the item.
