I have used valueshop many many times over the past few years, but the customer service is getting worse and worse. Now I am at the point where I am getting no response to emails at all, simply nothing. All I need is an invoice (goods were delivered without one), but nothing is forthcoming.
Use with caution, if there was a major problem I doubt that it would be resolved.
