It is with sadness that I find myself writing this.
I have used Valueshop for a number of years for the supply of my Inks(several orders a year), and in that time I have had only one or two occasions with queeries, on those occasions they have sorted out my problems brilliantly and quickly.
My last delivery on the 26th May 2012 had one leaky cartridge, do you think I can get a response I have e-mailed 5 times and tried to call also a number of times no answer. I am now resigned to give up and loose the cost of the cartridge, I cannot recommend this company anymore, which I have done over the years countless times.
Oh well I will have to find another supplier to spend my £150-£200 a year with. Stuff happens.
