Ordered Office for MAC and downloaded to new iMAC. Had some problems with operation of software including some applications not opening and hanging with the spinning wheel of death! UKTechStore helped with various proposed fixes and providing links to support information. However in the end de-installed after downloading 3 pages of instructions form Microsoft on how to de-install as it does not come with built in de-install software (great job Microsoft!) and then re-installed and now works... I was sceptical that this was a genuine Microsoft product given the excellent price. I trawled around the web and also reviews on this site and decided to go ahead. Ordered the software, paid by credit card, and two hours later received an e-mail with a link to the download, plus a text file containing the product key. Installed the software, entered the key which was verified as genuine by Microsoft. I'm not sure you would be able to buy a genuine copy of MS Office 2010 cheaper anywhere else. (read more)

This was an electronic download and although at first there was a hiccup with final installation due to the fact of being sent the wrong authorisation code, when I highlighted this there was a prompt response. In addition I had a quick reply when a month or so after the purchase I wanted to know if the licence would cover a new Macbook. (The one I downloaded it on was stolen). I found UK Techstore online and their prices and delivery were good but trying to buy and process the order took me off into series of windows which told me that I'd won an Iphone only to be led into more windows asking for phone numbers from which I get a message that my mobile account would be charged £4 something per week to enter a draw for the Iphone! Save yourself a lots of time and frustration by finding a different AV solution. They could simplify this product but Symantec assume that anyone installing is a system engineer and tailor it accordingly Once installed and configured however it does the job, the client side does have an effect on the PC performance but that's a sacrifice to make if you want protection. I have given a bad review but I think Adobe may be partly to blame for this too. I ordered the product and I had no problem downloading it and installing it. The price was alright and I was very please with that part of the service. Unfortunately I didn't have a VAT invoice which, it seems, was because they were not a UK based company, although they call themselves UKTechStore. I didn't see anything about this on the initial ordering process. This meant the price wasn't as good as it looked, as I couldn't claim back any VAT. (read more)
