I bought MS-Office home edition 2013, in 2013 unsurprisingly. This last week my system board failed so I replaced it and plugged my hard drive onto a new base unit and thought this would be the end of it. Unfortunately Windows and Office came up with problems. I contacted Microsoft who were very helpful sorting out the Windows 10 issue and fixed it for me. However the Office number was deemed as being a pirated version, and UKTECHSTORE isn't answering the phone despite me calling in the office hours that their automated system says they are open.
I have had an email, but only to say they are looking into it, and Microsoft have blocked the software from use as of tomorrow. So I am not a happy person as the software is needed
