Honest Customer Service & Great Value

As a first time buyer of a custom gaming PC I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service which was offered when I called for advice.

The representative was friendly and knowledgable, but he wasn't salesmanslike or pushy, simply offering me good advice on how to build a good gaming PC to my specifications.

The product was delivered to me within the contracted 10 working days, but I was also pleasantly surprised at the level of protective packaging which it came in with, along with some handy tips as to how to properly look after my PC for the long term.

The PC itself ran like a dream. I'm not a computing expert, but the system I bought (the Morpheus) has exceeded my expectations for gaming. Best of all it didn't come with any excess applications I didn't need or want in the first place!

The only slight niggle I have is that a warranty label has to be applied to the PC itself and photographic evidence submitted to the company within 2 days to activate your warranty and I felt that this wasn't made obvious enough in the correspondence I received. Luckily, I did read all the papers which came along with the PC, but I can imagine someone all too easily discarding the important paperwork to one side in order to sink their teeth into gaming as fast as possible.
