Ordered the computer, paid lots of money and then waited... Granted there was a warning that the machine would take time to build, and it was over Xmas, but there seemed to be a couple of extra stages in the assembly / testing process (all justifiable I guess) that were added on as I waited for it. So from ordering on 13th December, it was actually delivered on 11th January.
OK The Xmas break got in the way, and there were messages saying that they were very busy and all that, but an honest statement from the outset saying that "you will wait up to 28 days for delivery" wouldn't have put me off, but would have been a fairer way of telling me how long it would take.
Anyhow, the machine is here, was so simple to set up, and it's great.

Hi,

Many thanks for your review.

Just to clarify, your order was ready to ship on the 10th working day (Jan 4th) of your standard 5 - 10 working days build and test time estimate.

Unfortunately for yourself the Xmas break fell right in the middle and whilst working day build time does not increase, normal holiday days fall in that period probably making it seem like your PC was late.

I hope that clarifies things for you.
