The service was good, however when the computer arrived it didn't work. I called up the customer help line and they determined it was a problem with the graphics card. I sent them the graphics card in the post and they sent me a replacement which didn't work either, so I had to return the whole computer. They had the computer for a day and when I got it back I set it up and it was working fine. The next day it started to crash continuously and got to the point where I couldn't use it. I tried re-installing the OS but the computer would not run long enough for me to do so.
I had to return the computer a second time. I contacted UKGamingcomputers and explained that I wanted a refund on the computer as this was the second problem I had had with it, and was incredibly annoyed that I would have to return it a second time. I was told that I wouldn't get a full refund as they needed to cover their labor.
When the computer arrived for a third time the cooling had fallen out of place. At this point I called over a friend who is more handy with computers than I am and he fixed the fan for me. It has worked nicely since.
My main problem with UKGamingcomputers is that they don't have a collection service for repairs. If there is a problem with the computer due to an error in construction the customer has to pay to have it returned so they can fix their mistake.
