Superb customer support with custom PC

Months before even buying from UK Gaming Computers they were willing to answer my emails within a day. They answered every one of my questions, even if the answers were not exactly what I was hoping for, but this just endeared me to them more.

Their helpfulness allowed me to decide which of the computers, along with the individual components, I wanted. They were even kind enough to upgrade my graphics card for free to speed up building time, and as soon as the build was complete it arrived within 24 hours.

The build took roughly over a week as I recall, but I was kept up to date via the site as well as emails as to how far along the build was.

I'm trying to think of at least one negative point, but I simply can't. They were helpful, with quick responses. The build was also fast, with regular updates. And the delivery was super quick.

I can't comment on after care, but as of yet I have no problems with the machine.
