Had a look at previous reviews, but nobody seems to have reviewed the support.
Well I have been trying to get support for over a month.
I have a problem with a DVD writer on my recently purchased laptop, but when I try to get support via email, I just get blanked, despite numerous attempts to get in touch.
I could try to phone, but it is very inconvenient for me to do so.
Surely it's not asking too much to sort out this minor problem via email ?
