“Excellent product Excellent service”

Not a lot to say really The Dell Inspiron that I bought refurbished looks like new. There were no old files left on the machine and the case is as shiny as a new one would be.

One question has not been answered yet: Come the day when I want to reinstall W7, how do I do it? There is a recovery partition on the hard drive but I don't know what to do with it should I burn it to a DVD or will it be availle from the HD in the event of a serious crash

I have only been usign the laptop for a day or so but so far I am very pleased with it and very pleased with the £100+ that I saved on a new one,
