Chose to buy our Sage 50 Accounts Plus & CIS package through Software solution shop after much deliberation over whether we should pay a little extra and go through Sage themselves, based primarily on price. Well, we've got the system but are still awaiting a call from the IT department (1 month later)to help us to set up a VPN or other system whereby we can actually use the 2 user access that we purchased! I first found this company when disgruntled with yet another price rise in Sage products. I have spoken to them, now, several times and, firstly, the phone is answered very quickly by a human being and secondly they are amazingly helpful and honest in advising which products are most suitable and most economical. I found the training course very useful, the course was at Sage and the facilities were excellent. The trainer was very informative and approachable. Although the course may seem a little expensive as a one off I would definitely recommend it, as once you have bought the software the course's extra cost is valuable as you can use the software to the full capacity.
