Adele was very helpful finding out the exact requirements of my client, and then recommending that we go with the cheaper option - not something Sage bothered to do, as they would always want you to buy the more expensive one ...
Also an additional discount was offered, my client was delighted, and I will be able to sort her out soon and give her the peace of mind that only a well ordered set of accounts can give....
