We found The Software Solution Shop to be very competitive in price and were quick to respond to our order of Sage Instant Accounts which was up and running within a couple of days from order date.

Even though I had gone to the online demo to check we would get all the functions we required when we installed the Instant Accounts we found the department function was unavailable.
When we realised this package didn't have all the facilities we required, Julian Appleby at Software Solution was contacted and he quickly resolved our problem by updating what we had to the Plus version, with only a small fee payable for the upgrade.

Overall we were very satisfied with the customer service received.
