I ordered a Nexus 10 Tablet from Simply Electronics on 10th July, it was sucked in by the difference of about £100 cheaper than the market rate. It has been my biggest regret!!!

Within a minute of placing my order I received an email acknowledging my order and informing me that my order will arrive within 4 - 10 working days. About 10 minutes later I received yet another email this time it was from SKRILL. Their email was to inform me that my account will be debited for the full amount in the name of SKR*Simply Electronics Lt.

The money was taken out of my account within 3 days. After waiting for 10 working days without any delivery, I decided to call the 0844 499 0616, this is another saga, I tried for 3 consequent days sometimes holding on for 45minutes without anyone answering the phone. I then sent them an email expressing my concerns. They were very prompt to respond to email but 15 days later I am still waiting for my tablet.
PLEASE DON’T BE LIKE ME, I LEARNT THE HARD WAY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

WHERE IS MY ORDER {684728-1108775}

I am shocked and disappointed that despite soooooo many bad reviews Simplyelectronics still have not made much improvement to the delivery service. I had reservations the very same day I placed my order, however I thought I will prove the hundreds of other users of the service wrong, but oh boy Simplyelectronics did it yet again its now 18 days since I placed my order NOTHING has been delivered. I haven't even got an email notifying me of progress to date and I cant even track my order. I have sought legal advice and will act accordingly to minimise my loss I think Simplyelectronic is really having a laugh. This is a disgrace !!!!!!!!!
