AVOID - READ THE PROPER REVIEWS ONLINE!

I am laughing at the last few reviews written in the past two days - short simple and no facts! I find them hard to believe because I warned the company two days ago I would be posting negatively about them, and told them to read the reviews already written by so many other people. Funnily enough three of four positive reviews appear - that are so out of character from every other review. PLEASE READ ON!

READ the reviews on Amazon, on Trust Pilot, Google this firm, check other online sites. You will see the reviews are NOT positive. This company's reviews and service are appalling. STEER CLEAR! Buy on a credit card if you must, its the only protection you will get!

Here's what happened to me -
I sent back my mobile phone (bought online Feb 2013) UNDER WARRANTY to be repaired in Sept 2013. THIS IS ALMOST A YEAR AGO! It was an expensive Dual SIM phone. AND NOW? No, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY HTC Dual SIM Desire V Mobile Phone back from them.

Because it was faulty, and within warranty, under the Sale of Goods Act 1973, I am entitled to a REFUND, REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of my phone. Despite 4 letters to the address in Newbury, support from Trading Standards and a volume of emails (I have them all - there are too many to count), I cannot get my phone repaired, replaced or my money back.

They have taken payment AND they have my phone. Technically this is THEFT to me.

I have proof of delivery to them for my phone and EVERY single letter to the address. I have been polite and I get back emails telling me that they appreciate my patience and to 'Have a nice day!' I do not get any answers or action.

Despite chasing, despite the time that has gone past, nothing seems to make any difference. I am now taking legal action against the firm

PLEASE READ REVIEWS CAREFULLY - none of the latest, very short positive ones match the rest on the internet or the experiences that other people as well as me have had (I'd love to know the IP addresses of the source of these comments!!). AND, not surprisingly, none of the positive ones have any details about what was bought or what happened)

I do not believe in writing bad reviews because I believe in giving a company a chance to rectify an issue first. This is not the case here. If I can prevent one person from losing out to the false address, false company and losing their money, I will be pleased.

Please also note that a group of people are trying to get a major online supplier to block them from selling via their site due to complaints. Don't believe me? Google Simply Electronics and read the reviews for yourself. BUYER BEWARE - this company is NOT what you think!
