I ordered 4 times electronics from this website the last two years.. Everything was ok but the delay they had in shipping me my parcel
The first time I got really impatient and was about to cancel my order but then it arrived... I got used to get my stuff lately so I just order it before I really need it. It is too bad because improving this could improve so much the customer service, and make this company, the most ompetitive (as far as I know)...
Hope you will fix it
