The star I give is in solely because they acknowledge my e-mails although they do not deliver a good service.
I ordered a phone 3 months ago. The phone was delivered within 2 weeks. Within days it was faulty. The phone was put on the side until I could work out how to return it to them which is quite a complicated system.
5 weeks ago the received the phone. I then sent an e-mail and was promised they would let me know when the phone was received by them. This never happened. A few more e-mails were sent before they said the phone had been received and sent to their team to investigate the problem.
After another long wait they agreed the phone was faulty - (total wait to this time 4 weeks). A new phone would be sent under warranty.
One week on and I STILL HAVE NO PHONE. At the moment I am trying to contact customer services. There is a 1hr 17 minutes wait. I thought I would try the sales team, explain the problem and they would possibly put me through to customer service without the wait. That didn't happen.
I asked to speak to a manager but there wasn't one available then I asked to speak to a managing director but was told I had to got through Customer Services again.
If I have no joy within a week I will post the e-mails that have gone to and from them for you all to see and make up your own minds what you think of their service and if you wish to place any order with them.
