Sent back unopened, tried to claim it hadn't arrived then said 3 days after it did. Finally admitted it had arrived on the correct day. Still awaiting refund 10 days later due to "short staffing". Manager apparently cannot use a phone - was told this! Email team being deliberately evasive and my account still shows item not received back. Not sure I'll get a refund without involving trading standards
After my problems did a search on google and found I'm not the only one with really bad experiences from this company! Wish I'd seen the posts before.
