Website easy to use. It was annoying that my bank decided that this was a fraudulent transaction and blocked my card. I then had to phone and get it unblocked. A 5 minute transaction lasted for 40 minutes. The laptop was then dispatched earlier than notified, which is good. No delivery information was provided until 11am when we were informed by text that the delivery would be that afternoon. This is not enough notice and of course no-one was at home. The delivery company provided the option to reschedule delivery the next day "between 9 am and 5 pm". This is seriously unhelpful. We ended up collecting the laptop from the depot, a round trip of about 1.5 hours. More wasted time. Your great product range and good prices are seriously damaged by unfriendly delivery.
