Acer E 17 Laptop

Very good service. Arrived promptly. A super product - the screen is a dream. Of course Windows 8 would not have been my 1st choice. However getting used to it now.
Somehow the laptop was badly infected by adware which I couldn't clear. I don't know if it came bundled or it was something that I downloaded. The cure was to reinstall the default software as instructed from the Acer website. That did the job. Now being more careful downloading.

The laptop is smashing. The 17in screen is the best feature and is true HD. The build quality is flimsy compared to the old HP that this one replaced and I am careful when handling it. Of course it is a much larger item than the old HP. Sometimes it doen't sit square on its rubber feet - you need to ease the screen slightly forward and back again to level it. Something you soon learn to live with. I keep comparing it to my old HP but of course they are miles apart.
A very good product and for the price - great!
