I ordered a Laptop for my eldest lad, when it arrived the screen failed to work although the laptop was fine when connected to another source like a TV or a monitor. We tried to reboot it and followed instructions on resetting but it wouldn't work and had to go back.
That was all arranged and after a slight hick up, (the returns label was misplaced), another collection date was arranged and the laptop went away.
The laptop was away about two weeks but has now returned and I'm pleased to say is working fine.
Yes I would recommend using Save on laptops, I myself brought another laptop for myself just after this one for my lad and I've had no problems we were just unlucky with this one as the screen was defective.
