Prompt customer service prior to sale: Initially the payment was declined but the amount was refunded. The initial chosen laptop was just out of stock as I ordered but they promptly contacted me and arranged a swap. The replacement was £10 cheaper but I still have yet to receive the balance.
Arrived the next day even though I only opted for the free postage option.
I have used them twice before with good results. A few hiccoughs this time but got the product in the end with minimal hassle.
