fast next day delivery, messages to inform you of the hour your laptop will arrive and so far the laptop appears to be running fine, also excellent hardware value for the money the machine cost. One problem was the website displaying the wrong AMD graphics name, machine actually contained AMD dual graphics solution which included the integrated graphics card stated on the site and one other dedicated graphics card, but I shouldn't complain since that means i got better than i was expecting. Just believe they should be careful in specifying the hardware in order to avoid confusion
