I've bought two laptops from them in the last year and in both cases the machines arrived very promptly and worked out of the box. I chose them as being the cheapest provider with solid feedback, but was caught out a bit by the drip pricing of carriage at the end of the purchase. I chose the slow, least expensive, carriage option, but the laptop arrived the next day anyway, so unless it's paramount to ensure next delivery it might be worth taking a chance on the cheaper options.
It was easy to download a pdf of the receipt.
I've had no cause to test their after sales service.
So, on balance, a winning combination I'd use again.
