Dealer tries to sell goods under different names, sacheto being on of them, jane's tote the other. Both are suspicious websites that are often malfunctioning. Both Paypal transactions were cancelled soon after ordering with no reason communicated by the seller. I strongly doubt they sell original products. Not many online services, may those be shopping stores, shipment companies or home utility services provide as much facility in terms of processing at their websites as does sacheto.com. Ordered a light over a month ago. First I was told that they were having trouble getting it from their supplier. Then I was told by a guy called Mike that my order had got lost in the post and they were trying to find it. Now a complete wall of silence. They have taken my money and disappeared. I ordered a backpack leaf blower and paid through Pay Pal. I received a confirmation and an invoice saying 'pending' then next day notification that my 'invoice' had been refunded. No explanation from Sacheto that had to come from PayPal with their refund note explaining there was no stock! So why have the thing on the website? Firstly, the webpage said AUD$100 but when directed to PayPal it charged me GBP$100, which was an over charge of about 65%. I was refunded promptly, but not an encouraging start. Then, when nothing came for weeks I had to ask twice for an update, second time I got a response "must be lost in post, here's your refund" - sure i got a refund but a whole lot of mucking around too, and no apology or anything.
