“Disappointing”

Having purchased a colour cartridge for my HP F4580 I was delighted to receive this by next post. However, I was disappointed by the performance of the cartridge as it only printed magenta and blue (yellow being absent).
After cleaning, my printer informed me that I had inserted an incompatible cartridge. In common with all 'compatible' cartridges, installation was not straightforward (especially so with HP Printers) so I shall now only purchase originals. I can't be 'assed' with complaining, I would rather put it down to another lesson learnt. How many times I have said that!
