After purchasing a Phoenix I5 for the Family it developed a fault, this was not palicomps fault as it was the hardware. Sent back for fixing, repairs happened but unfortunately the issue could not be fixed. Through the whole process NOTHING was charged to me like delivery. I eventually decided on a refund which they carried out quickly with no questions.
A good experience with no unseen costs, or nasty services saying we have your money so get lost.
