Just to let you know that I was very impressed with the speedy delivery of my computer. It was quite straightforward to set up, though I would suggest the instruction sheet is a bit short.

I would also suggest a brief introduction to the Windows 8 o/s as this will be quite unfamiliar to most previous Windows users - for example, simple instructions on how to set up a non-Hotmail account to enable the use of the Mail app, or an explanation of the installation-ready Open Office and anti virus software.

However, I have not had any real problems with either hardware or software. I have seen a real improvement over my previous Windows 98 system, and can thoroughly recommend Palicomp to anyone looking to upgrade from older systems - the choice on price and spec is excellent
