I chose a standard item from the Desktop PC range, via the website; in the sale, so a good price. Initially I opted for the one-year only insurance. Palicomp called me and suggested that, as I live some distance from them, the 3-year option might be better (they cover carriage). So yes, more money, but as encouragement they threw in 3 extra optional items, two of which I'd pondered anyway. I'm happy with that.

PC was ready exactly as promised, I was notified by email that it was on its way, and it was here first thing 5 working days after placing the order. It has performed flawlessly, so thumbs up for Palicomp.

As an aside, the sales people I talked to on the phone were friendly, helpful, and did what they promised.
