took a faulty lap top in to be repaired under insurance. Customer service was good in store and had a text to say my item was ready to pick up. However, went to the store and there was no lap top. I have called the store to receive an update and have had nothing but someone will call you back which they have not! I wouldnt mind but I have a £500 lap top in your store!
