Following a break in I went to the Oldham Store to replace my lap top. I was expecting a bewildering experience instead I had the most amazing support. The sales assistant was patient informative and restored my confidence in my own ability to continue using ICT but more than that demonstrated the best of customer care-Mr Selfridge eat your heart out!
