Arrived to buy a printer. Met and explained it was for occasional printing by my 84 year old mother from her iPad. I knew it had to be HP. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I got discount vouchers for ink in future and a good explanation of extra cover for immediate replacement and paper supplies. Overall pretty good.
