I lost my flashplayer and didn't know how to retrieve it not being very technical. [name removed] at PC world in Garston was a great help showing me what I need to do in the future to prevent this happening again. I found [name removed] to be very supportive and helpful. I liked the fact that I wasn't kept waiting and spent minimal time in the shop. Brilliant service.
