To buy a new television was a major decision for us, and only came about with pressure from our grandchildren. Our heavy old one had served us well for many many years, why did we need to change. However change we must.

We were met with a friendly smile, and a salesman who it felt actually wanted to help. My husband took an age, but at no time did our assistant show any impatience. He gently explained the detail and workings of the various options, even when we asked questions that most 6 year olds know the answer to.

After leaving with our purchase, my husband who doesn't see the need for new, started talking about returning shortly to replace other household items that are well passed their sell by date.
