I am an oap, bought a HP Printer in Jan last year - started having problems with the black cartridge, followed all the instructions for checking.
Phoned the WHATEVER HAPPENS line - returned the unit and was helped by a lovely young man, who did not know I have CODP, collected the unit from the car, checked, sorted and replaced in no time. Thank you kindly, will deal with you again soon.
