QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN KNEW NOTHING, WANT MY £20 BACK STILL HAVENT GOT MY KINDLE WORKING AFTER 2 VISITS DIDNT WANT TO KNOW, ASKED FOR REFUND BUT WAS TOLD THE PACKAGE HAD BEEN OPENED..OF CAUSE IT HAD FOR CLIVE TO SET IT UP AND RUNNING HA HA QUICK TO TAKE MONEY OFF YOU BUT DON'T WANT TO KNOW AFTER WON'T GO BACK THERE....WILL THEY LAST OR WILL THEY CLOSE LIKE COMET REMEMBER TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!! DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ATTITUDES TOO LARGE FOR THE LITTLE QUALIFIED PEOPLE. HOW DO I GET MY CASH BACK DEAL
