Good service in Store.
Delivered on Time.Old unit taken by delvery driver.
On unpacking part missing unsafe to use.
10 minute hold when contacted Call centre.
Automated service when finally got through to right Dept it was closed.
Went to store to report missing part.
Not offered replacement.
Told part would be posted, which was Ok with me.
Then contacted & told 10-14 days for delivery!
Not Good enough.
