The whole process of ordering my laptop was really easy. The site is user friendly so placing my order was done in a matter of minutes. As soon as my order was placed, I recieved emails throughout the days, describing at what stage my machine is at (building, testing etc). When my order was dispatched I was notified once again and was given a tracking number which accurately showed how long it would take for the delivery driver to reach me. When my laptop finally arrived, I checked the box for any dents or hits but fortunately there weren't any. Overall the process from building until delivery was very smooth and the quality of the product delivered was brilliant.
