“Probably the most accurately named company ever.”

I've purchased 2 PCs from PC Specialist, with this being my second. The options they give in terms of budgets/AMD vs Intel systems(and nVidea vs AMD) and even for laptops, desktops & all-in-one systems is highly desirable as it puts you completely in the drivers seat from design to delivery. At the point where you are about to pull the trigger on your next rig, they do a quick compatibility check which for newer PC users is super helpful. The first time I ordered was excellent as I wasn't too knowledgeable, but having built 3 of my own systems and rebuilt/upgraded them a couple of times since, it wasn't a big deal.

The only criticism I can make is that they brand their cases PC Specialist even though you can buy Coolermaster, Corsair, Fractal etc. which kind of disrupts the aesthetic on the front of minimalist look cases.

I've never had to use their support, which is a double edged sword. It means to be that on 2/2 occasions my PC has worked and there have been 0 issues, but also that their support is untested (by me anyway).

The last thing I want to comment on was the building/shipping time. I ordered using 5 day dispatch, and I feel like I owe them money. I ordered Friday, it was with me by Tuesday. They used DPD both times, which is a reputable delivery company and the PC was very well packaged with inflatable foam inside to minimise the GPU sway during transit.

Altogether I definitely recommend PC Specialist if you want a painless experience when it comes to ordering a PC. I will be using them again in a few years for my next rig.
