This is my 2nd computer from PC Specialist and it's great. The first lasted 8 years (in use every day) and was much better than anything available from the usual shops in terms of price, performance and value. This one already looks even better. Having them custom built meant I got just what I wanted and didn't have to pay for anything I didn't want. That can save a fortune, and the website makes it easy to do with lots of information to help along the way, including checks to make sure all the choices are compatible. One of these checks even recommended a cheaper option that would suit my PC better so that saved me a bit of cash. I had a question to ask before deciding some of the details so I emailed the company - they were very helpful and gave me precisely the information I needed and were courteous and pleasant in doing so. I can't imagine buying a computer anywhere else in the future.
