Open & Informative Service

This is the third time I've brought a custom PC from PC Specialist. I've been an avid PC Gamer all my life, and although I've built PCs in the past, my work schedule restricts me from doing it myself. Being able to go on to PC Specialist to select individual parts for my computer is a god-send - I know what I want, and they always have the best parts, the best deals, and the best service to ensure I get a top-spec machine capable of fulfilling my needs.

Their ordering process is some of the smoothest I've known. You select from drop-down lists to build your custom PC, or from a choice of recommended pre-selections if you're less familiar with parts. They advice on power supply and cooling, a huge range of alternate cases and sized computers, and on the compatibility and sustainability in all of their products. For my latest build, they recommended a smaller power supply that better suits my needs, and a more form-factor fan to fit the case better. Their suggestions are well-informed, well-intentioned, and come from a range of experience that I am happy to trust.

Their post-order process is as informative as their service. They have a step by step process which you can track to follow your order, you receive notifications if any action is required on your part, and every update comes with the name of the staff that dealt with it, so you really feel that you are dealing with a professional individuals rather than just some faceless company.

Delivery was quick, the computer was very well packaged, and there were ample instructions to help me through the set up process. Not only am I a repeat customer, but I can see myself going to PC Specialist for all my computer needs for the foreseeable future.
