Custom high end gaming laptop review

The website is very easy to use first off. The ordering process was also very simple though complex enough for me to be able to fine tweak the spec of my laptop. From payment to delivery took only 7 days which I was impressed with. The laptop was well secured in the packaging too. Order updates are frequent and I also made amendment (adding Windows 10) very easily.

For the laptop itself, I love it! Powerhouse of a gaming machine and blows my Xbox One's graphics out the window (bought to replace my old Alienware). Keyboard is just fantastic, great for my studies. My build was as follows:

I also got The Division free. The laptop has a simple but sleek look. The screen I am happy with, brightness is great. The screen hinges don't look the best and built-in speakers aren't the greatest but those are minor flaws, since the option is there to upgrade the speakers through PC Specialist and obviously if you're serious at all about gaming or building such a laptop you should have external speakers or a surround sound headset anyway (which I have used with this rig).

I've been running such games as The Division and World of Tanks at full, ultra quality at fantastic frame rates. The battery life is exquisite for such power hungry set up, can normally get 3 hours of internet browsing and study work done before charging. I carry mine to uni and it is not too heavy (around 3kg) for a machine of its calibre (for example my Alienware was over 5kg!) and carry it via a laptop backpack (though I am 6"2 - 200 lbs, those of a slighter build may want to opt for the 15" or smaller if they plan to carry it everywhere).

Hats off to PC Specialist, I was looking for this laptop that ticked all the boxes for a long, long time and finally found it thanks to them.
