I purchased a PC and it took roughly around 6 working days for it to be processed and dispatched. I previously had asked people how quickly it was going to take to be dispatched and they advised it could take some time. However, there are areas for improvement i.e. my front 3.0 USB ports are not working as it appears they was not installed. In this instance I believe the customer should be contacted in order to provide them an update
